Today was the 1st day I have cooked in almost a week. Has been to flippin hot to cook or eat much.

Prepared one of my modified Tonys Pizzas today for the race.

A Tonys Supreme Frozen pizza plus extra Pepperoni, then more Pizza Sauce then more extra Pepperoni.

Unfortunately I was out of extra shredded mozzarella, so it didn't taste quite as good as usual.

I'm still on my diet, however since nobody here eats the same foods I have to cook different meals.

Here we go:
For hubby - bracciole and meatballs in "buddaise" sauce (I have no clue how to spell it - but that's how it sounds). It's an onion and red tomato sauce - you use 3 lbs onions and cook them down almost to burning - then add equal parts tomato paste and crushed tomatoes.
For #2 son - picked up roasted chicken at our local supermarket. Homemade frenchfries.
For #1 son - cooked 20 hamburgers on the grill for 10 of his closest friends. Grill is now closed.

I just had a late night snack of saltines, cheese, genoa salami, hard salami and pickles.

Is that ok?

I think the pickle slices may be more than a year old.
