Looks like they have retracted the 'found alive' headline.

Seems to be a lot of confusion there on what is going on.

More Clues Emerge in Search for Tennessee Woman's Abductor

More clues have surfaced in the case of a missing western Tennessee nursing student who was abducted from her home by a man wearing camouflage, but there's still no sign of the 20-year-old woman as authorities continue to look for suspects.

Searchers found a lunchbox of her's, authorities said Friday, and revealed that her brother saw blood outside of the house, though they haven't confirmed yet whether it belonged to Holly Bobo, who disappeared as she was preparing to go to classes.

She was last seen by her brother, Clint, early Wednesday morning as she walked into the woods with an unknown man. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Special Agent John Mehr said authorities do not believe she went willingly.

"We feel she was in fear of her life, so she was complying with his commands," Mehr said.

TBI officials have said Bobo's 25-year-old brother saw his sister outside the house with a man before she was kidnapped at around 7:30 a.m. But he only saw the man from the back, and he thought he was her boyfriend.

He did not become suspicious until he went outside and saw blood. Then he called 911.

"The boyfriend is not a suspect. The brother is not a suspect," Mehr said. "We are confident of that."

The father of Bobo said he thinks whoever dragged her away from their home knew the family's daily routine.

Bobo was last seen being dragged from her house by a man dressed in camouflage during a home invasion Wednesday.

The young woman's 25-year-old brother told investigators that he saw the suspect pulling his sister across the carport at her family home in the community of Darden in Decatur County and toward a wooded area, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said.

Holly's father, Dana Bobo, said Thursday he believes the man who snatched his daughter was familiar with the family's routine, Fox 17 reports.

"The way it looks to me, myself, it might have been somebody close -- somebody that kind of new the routine of when I left, when she left and when my daughter left to go to school," he told reporters.

On Friday, Decatur County Sheriff Roy Wyatt will affect the search for Holly.

Wyatt told NBC's "Today" show that there are forecasts of hail, wind and possibly tornadoes in the area. He said searchers would wait and see how that will affect efforts to her.

Wyatt also said authorities don't have any suspects in the case, which is being investigated as an abduction.

Since news spread, neighbors and people in nearby communities have poured out to help search, bring food and support family members who are holding together reasonably well, said Decatur County Mayor Michael Smith.

TBI said Bobo's brother was inside the house and the kidnapping was outside in the rural area of small, modest homes about 100 miles northeast of Memphis. A spokeswoman would not give more details on what the brother told them.

A dispatcher for the Decatur County Sheriff's Office said police used dogs and a helicopter in the search.

About 250 volunteers had come out to help, but the search had to be called off until it was light again Thursday, said Smith. Many had gathered at the rescue command post at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Parsons. Some brought their four-wheelers to cover more territory. Most didn't know much about what happened, only the little information they had heard from authorities.

Smith said the close-knit community has little crime, so word of this has come as a shock. Parsons has about 2,500 residents

Bud Grimes, a spokesman for the University of Tennessee at Martin, said Bobo was studying to be a licensed practical nurse through the Tennessee Technology Center. She was taking classes at the university's extension campus in Parsons, but was not a UT-Martin student.

Family friend David Ivey, whose son went to high school with Bobo, said the young woman has an "angelic voice" and loved to show it off in talent contests at school. She also would sing solos at Corinth Baptist Church where she was a member, he said.

Bobo's pastor, Don Franks, said he has known the young woman all her life and called her "a fine young Christian girl." He said the community response to her abduction has been exceptional.

Bobo is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She was seen around 7:30 a.m. wearing a pink shirt and light blue jeans.

"They're searching, bringing food and holding prayer vigils," he said. "The whole community is praying for her safety and well-being."

Law Enforcement Continue Search for Tenn. Woman, Have 250 Leads

Encouraged by community input so far, law enforcement officials held a press conference Saturday to urge the small community to provide any information that could help find the missing Tennessee woman who was last seen on Wednesday.

Holly Bobo, 20, was last seen by her brother Clint at around 7:30 a.m. She apparently was with an unknown male who walked her into the woods. Clint, who only saw the man from the back, had assumed it was her boyfriend.

It was only after finding blood outside that he was prompted to call 911.

Much of the investigation appears to be trying to identify the vehicle that may have been used during the incident.

The suspect apparently may have cleaned out his car or reported the car or ATV stolen, Kristen Helm, a public information officer for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, said. She noted that the kidnapper may have also changed the vehicle's tires.

The kidnapper’s movement and travel in the community has led authorities to believe that Bobo and the kidnapper are in a vehicle.

"He's most likely a resident in this community," Helm said, "and this is a tight-knitted community where people know each other."

Hundreds of Parsons community volunteers have searched the woods for Bobo and came up with a lunchbox and other unspecified belongings about 8 miles from her house on Saturday.

"You can imagine when you have 900 people volunteering here yesterday that they are going to find a lot things, some that's trash, some that's related to the investigation," Helm said. "We do believe there are other things related, but we will not disclose them at this time."

Law enforcement officials have received 250 leads that are currently being looked into.

The kidnapper is believed to be acting with increased stress, and is not believed to have any usual behavior or routine. Holly's father, Dana Bobo, said Thursday that he believes the man who snatched his daughter was familiar with the family's routine, according to Fox 17 reports.

Bobo's brother and boyfriend were previously reported as not being suspects, but according to Helm, this has changed.

Country Music Star Defends Cousin Against Kidnap Claims of Missing Tennessee Woman

PARSONS, Tenn. -- Country music singer Whitney Duncan, cousin of missing 20-year-old Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo, wrote on her Twitter late Sunday night to defend rumors that Bobo’s brother was involved in his sister’s kidnapping.

"My cousin Clint, Holly's brother, is NOT a suspect & I'm sick of people saying that he is. He has been cleared for good reason. Shut up," Duncan said in a tweet late Sunday.

Clint Bobo, 25, was the last person to see his sister before she disappeared at 7:30am local time last Wednesday from their rural home in Darden, about 100 miles west of the capital, Nashville.

He told police he saw her walking into the woods with a man he only saw from the back and incorrectly assumed to be her boyfriend, before later calling 911.

Duncan, who appeared on American reality TV show "Nashville Star" in 2007 and has a record deal with Warner Bros., said Clint Bobo was not involved in his sister's disappearance.

Authorities already cleared Clint Bobo and the missing woman's boyfriend of involvement in the case.

But Holly Bobo's father, Dana Bobo, told a news conference late last week that his daughter possibly knew her kidnapper. "It might have been somebody close -- somebody that kind of knew our routine and when I left and when she [his wife] left and when my daughter left to go to school -- is what I got in my mind," he said.

More than 900 volunteers were involved Sunday in a search for the missing student, as authorities said that although they already received more than 250 tip-offs, they have no suspects.

A reward of $25,000 for information leading to the student's return and the arrest of her kidnapper was announced Saturday night.

Authorities Search Underwater for Clues in Disappearance of Holly Bobo

By Cristina Corbin FoxNews.com

Authorities are scouring ponds and lakes using high-resolution underwater imaging in their search for a 20-year-old nursing student abducted outside her rural Tennessee home.

A police spokeswoman told FoxNews.com Tuesday that law enforcement is searching underwater as well as in Natchez Trace State Park for any sign of Holly Bobo, last seen being led into the woods outside her Parsons, Tenn., home Wednesday morning.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Kristin Helm said a team of FBI agents and U.S. Marshals are also canvassing the woman's neighborhood, interviewing residents of the close-knit community for any leads in the case.

Bobo, a nursing student at the University of Tennessee at Martin, was last seen by her 25-year-old brother, Clint, who reported seeing her being taken into the woods at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday by a man dressed in camouflage. Clint told police that he initially assumed Holly was with her boyfriend, but said he grew concerned after finding blood outside, prompting him to call 911.

A police source confirmed to FoxNews.com that a "small amount" of blood was found in the family's carport, where Holly was believed taken from while on her way to school.

Helm said investigators last week located the woman's lunchbox, found several miles from her home, as well as other items believed to belong to her.

"We do have some other things that we believe might belong to her, but [they] are undergoing forensic testing," Helm said.

As police continue their search Tuesday, a profile of the suspect has emerged. Detectives say they believe the alleged abductor may be from the area and possibly acquainted with Bobo and her family.

"We’re looking for someone who probably lives in that general area or is familiar with that area. If she was led into the woods, he would need to know the terrain to get in and out," Helm said. "It’s a very small community. If she didn’t know him directly, she may have been familiar with him."

Helm added, however, that "no one has been ruled out" as a suspect, and said police are looking for someone who may be showing "signs of stress or anxiety" or exhibiting "odd behavior."

She also noted that camouflage clothing, which the suspect is believed to have been wearing, is not an unusual sighting in Decatur County.

"Camouflage is very popular during turkey hunting season," Helm said. "It's a very common pastime here."

Police say they have received more than 300 "credible leads" so far in the investigation. Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam on Monday approved a $50,000 reward from the state, making the total reward $75,000 for information leading to a suspect in the case.

Bobo's Facebook page says her interests include Miley Cyrus and country music singer Whitney Duncan, who is her cousin.

Friends said she loves animals, especially horses, and spends much of her free time going to dinner and the movies -- she likes "Morning Glory" and "The Hangover 2" on Facebook -- with her boyfriend.

Holly is described as 5-foot-3, weighing 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and light blue jeans. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being urged to call Tennessee law enforcement at 1-800-824-3463.

'Significant' Item Reportedly Found in Search for Holly Bobo

Authorities are reportedly examining a "significant" piece of evidence in their hunt for a 20-year-old nursing student abducted outside her rural Tennessee home nearly two weeks ago.

Holly Bobo, of Parsons, Tenn., was last seen being led into the woods outside her home by a man dressed in camouflage.

Investigators announced Sunday that they discovered a key item in their investigation but declined to elaborate on the nature of what was found, WSMV-TV reports. The clue was uncovered during an afternoon volunteer ground search for the young woman, prompting law enforcement to expand their search in the same area Monday, according to the station.

"It makes you feel great -- Easter Sunday and finding some good information," Bobo family spokesperson Kevin Bromely told the station. "Hopefully we can expand the search and find out more tomorrow."

Bobo, a nursing student at the University of Tennessee at Martin, was last seen by her 25-year-old brother, Clint, who reported seeing her being taken into the woods at 7:30 a.m. April 13 by a man dressed in camouflage. Clint told police that he initially assumed Holly was with her boyfriend, but said he grew concerned after finding blood outside, prompting him to call 911.

A "small amount" of blood was found in the family's carport and the woman's lunchbox was discovered several miles away from her home.

Hundreds of people gathered for a prayer service for Bobo on Easter Sunday morning at the Decatur County Fairgrounds. Balloons were released along with the prayer service at the fairgrounds.

Police say they believe the alleged abductor may be from the area and possibly acquainted with Bobo and her family. The kidnapper is described as a white man, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds.

Authorities said last week they have received more than 300 "credible leads" so far in the investigation. There is an $80,000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction.

Holly is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and light blue jeans. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being urged to call Tennessee law enforcement at 1-800-824-3463.
